We will even assist you on those "special order" items that we don't normally carry! PBM has factory trained technical staff and a ready parts stock to ensure the best and fastest resolution to your technical needs. The benefits of doing business with PBM are:

- No Lemon Guarranty (see Maintenance Agreement section for details).

| We have several ways for you as a customer to gain technical support. Select which ever method suits your schedule, budget, or preference.

- Call our offices at (972) 224-9119 or toll free at (800) 272-0726. There is NO CHARGE for phone support.
- On site service. If for some reason we are not able to correct an issue over the phone, we can schedule an onsite service call. There is no charge for onsite service if the equipment is still under the PBM onsite warranty or the equipment is covered by a PBM Maintenance Agreement. Out of warranty service is subject a service charge. See below for onsite service pricing.
- Shop service. Customers can either ship in or carry in equipment for shop repair. We offer a FREE estimate for repairs and shop labor amount is $50 per hour. See the Contacts page for address.
- Remote Support. For those customers needing assistance with software, we have a utility that can be downloaded and run by you, the end user. This utility allows us to remote to your computer and correct any problems, saving you time and money! There is NO CHARGE for remote support! Click Here to download the remote support application

The TeamViewer Quick support program is a small application that is run at the users convenience. This allows PBM support staff to remote access your desktop and assist with computer and software related issues. The requirements are, a Windows XP or greater PC and an internet connection.
Issues that we can remote support for are:
- Software and driver installations.
- Software training.
- Printer configuration.
- ID Card design and software settings.
- Database help, updates, creation, etc.
